Theme 2 of 3: Famous Couples in the Bible
The next three cases are taken from an extensive collection of couples cited in
the Bible.
First, we have two different examples for Adam and Eve. Although the
ELS's are the third and sixth minimums respectively for the phrase Adam
and Eve (in red and green), they are both direct hits with highly
relevant verses.
In this first example, the highlighted verse is Genesis 2:22, "G-d built the
rib that He took from the man, into a woman".

In this second example, the highlighted verse is the one after the
verse above: Genesis 2:23, quoting Adam:
"and the man said, now this is bone from my bones and flesh from my flesh".

The third case for couples shows "Abraham and Sarah" (blue and red
respectively; minimal skip in all of the Torah). The highlighted verse is
Genesis 23:19, "Abraham then buried his wife Sarah in the cave of Makhpelah
Field".
