What about Free Will?
In the Talmud, in Pirket Avot chapter 3, we learn that
"everything is foreseen, yet freedom of choice is given".
This is a paradox that humans can not understand. I've heard it
described as G-d being completely outside of time and observing us.
We, inside of time, do in fact have free will at every moment.
In addition, Judaism emphasizes that charity, repentance and good
deeds have great power to actually transform the future positively.
