What good are the codes if they can't be used for future prediction?


Let's suppose we have a bottle of holy ink, which spells words just by spilling it on the table. Suppose it even spells current event words such as "twin towers" - but does not do so until after the fact.

Would we say that such a bottle is not amazing because it can not tell the future? Actually, the very feature that prevents us from telling the future makes this bottle a little more amazing still: how did the bottle's creator manage to reveal such miracles and simultaneously hide the future? And why?

So the value of the codes are that they inspire awe and wonder and may cause us to look more closely at this ancient forgotten text called the Torah. If it hides miraculous letter patterns that relate to our own generation's difficult times, perhaps that is a hint that it also contains, closer to the surface, wisdom and help for that same generation.
